Group Therapy & Counselling
Therapy offers a space where emotional difficulties, recurring relationship patterns, and periods of overwhelm or uncertainty can gradually become more understandable.
can help us better understand recurring emotional patterns, relationship difficulties, inner conflicts, and periods of overwhelm or uncertainty.
My professional path has always been centered around working with people — through education, languages, counselling, and therapeutic group work.
As a teacher, translator, counselling therapist, and group therapist with training in Group Analysis, I have developed a deep understanding of communication, relationships, and the emotional dynamics that shape our lives within families, schools, workplaces, and everyday interactions.
I believe that meaningful change develops gradually through trust, reflection, emotional safety, and authentic human connection.
Why Group Therapy in Pula?
Group therapy offers the opportunity to better understand yourself through relationships with others.
Within a safe and supportive group setting, emotional and relational patterns naturally begin to emerge over time.
Group members often become more aware of:
– how they relate to others
– how they respond emotionally in relationships
– recurring interpersonal patterns
– feelings that may be difficult to express elsewhere
– ways they experience closeness, distance, conflict, or vulnerability
This deeper understanding develops not only through insight, but through real emotional interaction and shared experience within the group.
Group therapy can also reduce feelings of isolation and create a stronger sense of connection, belonging, and shared humanity.
Areas of Support
I offer support for people experiencing:
– anxiety and chronic stress
– emotional overwhelm
– relational and interpersonal difficulties
– life transitions and periods of crisis
– emotional challenges related to fertility
– chronic or autoimmune illness
– feelings of isolation, insecurity, or inner blockage
– burnout and emotional exhaustion
– a desire for personal growth and deeper self-understanding
Because of my long professional experience in education, I also have particular sensitivity for the emotional and relational challenges experienced by children, adolescents, parents, educators, and helping professionals.
